摘要
1苯基5(4氟苯基)3羟基吡唑化合物是一种活性药物中间体,经测试具有一定的杀虫杀菌活性。可由1苯基5(4氟苯基)3吡唑烷酮在FeCl3的催化下,由空气中的O2氧化得到,反应进行20h基本完成。利用在线反应红外光谱对该氧化反应进程进行研究,得到一系列特征官能团吸收峰随反应进程变化的谱图。通过分析官能团特征吸收峰随时间的变化情况,初步了解了此类反应的机理和进程,并且证明了该产物在溶剂中还存在酮式异构体的结构。
The title compound 1-phenyl-5-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole (C 15H 14ON 2F) is a kind of medical intermediate and is proved to have the bioactivity as pesticide and germicide. It was prepared from oxidizing the 1, 5-diarylpyrzolidin-3-one in the presence of FeCl 3,using the oxygen in air. The reaction continued for almost 20h.By using the React IR analytical system, a series of IR spectrum were received. By analyzing the change of spectrum of the characteristic functional group, the mechanism of this oxidation reaction was understood, and it was found that the product could also existed as ketone in the solvent.
