摘要
ICE列车制动管理的重点是:由司机室中完全相同的操作接口统一控制列车制动的重要功能,并协调功率特性全然不同的制动力资源。对工业部门和铁路部门的研制者提出的苛刻要求是,3种完全可调的制动系统(包括在ICE列车上首次批量使用的线性涡流制动)在所有工作点上以及故障情况时能达到最佳利用制动能量且磨损最小。
When the brake management was being developed for the ICE trains,the main focus of attention was on producing a unified system for controlling the brake functions for the whole train and on coordinating its various deceleration resources with differing performance characteristics,to be operated through a completely identical driver’s interface .A highly demanding task confronted the developers working for the railway and its suppliers working for the railway and its suppliers.For the first time,they had to integrate three brake systems,all of them fully adjustable,and including the linear eddy-current brake,then about to be used for the first time as a series component on the ICE train.The control system was to be made sufficiently mature for normal operations and had to optimize both energy and wear parameters at alli ts operating pointsa ndw ith allc onceivablef ailures cenarios.
