摘要
论文阐述了CRM概念三角形,CRM应用系统的基本组成部分,并以微软的Visual studio.NET为开发工具,结合需 求介绍了基于COM技术的CRM应用系统开发过程,并对开发中的若干关键技术进行了程序说明。
<abstract>This paper introduces the Concept Model of Triangle and the elementary components of CRM.With Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, the CRM Application System based on the COM technique is demonstrated, and some key techniques are introduced to the development of the program.
