简述了国内外尼龙材料发展的历史。介绍了一种新型尼龙合金材料,该尼龙合金具有较高的机械强度,较高的热变形温度,优良的耐磨、减摩和自润滑性能及优良的吸震性、抗冲击性、抗疲劳强度等性能。是替代铜及铜合金等有色金属制造蜗轮的新型材料。本文还就尼龙合金与金属性能的不同,对如何设计尼龙合金蜗轮进行了初步的探讨。
The development of PA and a new type of nylon alloy were introduced. This nylon alloy is a good material to replace copper to manufacture the worm wheels for its good characters. Because of the difference between the nylon alloy and metal materials, the discussion about how to design worm wheels with the nylon alloy is given.
