组织工程技术在阴道再造中的应用

摘要 对于许多的阴道异常情况通常需广泛的外科手术重建。但传统的各种术式及非阴道组织被应用于阴道再造必然会导致其功能的局限性,且同时会损伤供区。应用组织工程技术可为阴道再造提供组织来源,组织工程化阴道与正常阴道组织相近,具有显著的优势。本文结合国内外关于组织工程应用的文献报道,着眼于阴道组织工程的应用技术及发展前景进行综述。 Various pathologic disorders of the vaginal require extensive surgical intervention. A variety of procedures and different tissue sources have been employed for vaginal reconstruction. However, the use of nonvaginal tissue for vaginal reconstruction is associated with limited functionality. Tissue engineering can provide a repository of alternative tissue sources for vaginal reconstruction. The tissue-engineered vagina resembled normal-appearing tissue in texture. Further research and scientific evaluation are required before the engineering of vaginal entered into clinical practice. This article reviews the current state of tissue engineering and its potential for use in vaginal reconstruction.
