摘要
双振镜激光加工中,物镜平场扫描系统中,输出平面笛卡儿坐标系与扫描器球面坐标系之间存在着非线性映射关系,使扫描加工图形产生图形加工畸变。以OEF图形算法为基础建立了双端点(DEA)控制模型,即计算端点逼近和设计端点逼近,采用DEA控制模型进行控制,有效地校正了图形畸变,显著提高了激光扫描加工系统精度,图形畸变误差较以前减小。
In the dual-galvanometric laser scanning,there was non-linearity mapping relation between the output Cartesian coordinates of object lens scanning plane system and the coordinate of laser scanner.It made the laser scanning geometry to be distorted.The DEA(Dual-Ends Approach)control model was founded based on OEF geometry algorithm(calculating ends approach and design ends approach).The geometry distorted range was effectively amended by adopting DEA control model.And it improved the precision of laser scanning manufacturing system.It is known that the error of geometry distorted was reduced.
