摘要
通过对吉林省食用菌产业发展有利的内在和外在因素的系统分析,确立的内在有利因素为冷资源、高比较收益、强势主体需求、丰富的原材料和低廉的劳动力成本;确立的外在有利因素为国内、国际消费市场变化趋势、市场获利空间、政策环境、南菇北移大趋势和科技推动。结合实地调查研究分析了目前吉林省食用菌产业发展存在的问题主要是生产规模小、生产欠规范、质量差、买方市场控制产品价格和弱产后加工。提出了在新的农业发展阶段吉林省东、中、西部食用菌产业的宏观发展规划和提高产业竞争力的具体运作方式。
<Abstrcat> The situation of edible mushroom industrial development was studied with systemic analysis approach. The main research issue was focused on advantageous internal and external factors of edible mushroom industry development. The main internal advantageous factors identified were cool resource, higher comparison benefit, stronger requirement, abundant raw material and lower labor cost. The main external advantageous factors identified were consumer marketing trend both inside and outside China, marketing benefit space, policy environment, the trend of South mushroom moving to North and technology supporting. Based on the problems such as small scale and lack of production standardization, worse quality, buyer′s market controlling the price, weaken post-production process identified through field diagnoses, the strategy for edible mushroom industrial development in the east, middle and west of Jilin province was formulated, and also the ways to improve mushroom industry competition.
