摘要
本文针对方舱液压扩展的不足,设计了电动控制系统,实现一扩三方舱的全自动扩展、撤收和自动调平,整个控制系统以 PLC 为核心,各传感器以现场总线连接。将时分复用技术用于主电路设计,实现4台变频器分时驱动10台电机,节约了成本。
In this paper,a control system is designed to overcome the shortcoming of hydraulic expanding,realized full automatic expanding and draw-in and levelling of one-to-three shelter.The PLC is used as the core of the controls system,and all sensors is connected through field bus.Time-division multiplexing technique is used in the design of the main circuit,use 4 variable frequency drives to drive 10 motors time-sharing mode,and also reduces the cost.
