摘要
我国企业在面对基于同一平台的知识经济时代硬性竞争时,应该采取对应策略来提高企业的核心竞争力与可持续发展能力;根据我国企业实施知识管理的趋势,确立知识管理的程序与步骤,设计知识管理的系统架构。
The global competition in knowledge economic times drives enterprises to pay attention to the core competition and the capability of sustainable development. This paper analyzed the importance of knowledge management application in enterprise. The triangle principle provided by Peter Senge for establishing learning organization has been developed in knowledge management application, the executive processes has also been put forward.
