摘要
本文利用间溴氯苯的格氏试剂和KBF_4,合成了四间氯苯硼酸钾,并以其为电活性物质研制成PVC膜通用药物阳离子选择性电极。将通用电极在待测药物的水溶液中浸泡,制成测定该药物的专用药物电极。此专用电极的分析测试性能与以"四间氯苯硼酸根·药物阳离子"缔合物为电活性物质的PVC膜药物电极一致,而电极的存放寿命更长。由于加重效应的原因,这种电极的检测下限比以"四苯硼酸根·药物阳离子"缔合物为电活性物质的电极低。此外,本研究还表明,电极选择性系数的对数与药物的一阶分子连接性指数间有较好的相关性,相关系数的平均值为0.97。
Potassium tetra (m-chlorophenyl) borate is synthesized by using KBF_4 and the Grinard reagent of m-bromochlorobenzene. The selective electrode based on it is prepared. The selective electrode for determing a certain drug cation can be prepared by soaking the electrode in the solution of this drug. This electrode has the same analytical characteristics as the electrode based on the ionic associated substance of drug cation and tetra(m-chlorophenyl)-borate anion, and has lower detective limit than the electrode based on the ionic associated substance of drug cation and tetraphenylborate anion. In addition, the correlativity between the potentiometric selective coefficient and the first order molecular connectivity index of drug is discussed, the average correlation cofficient is 0.97.
