摘要
本文对炼油厂催化裂化烟气的能量回收装置流程采用可变容差法进行了热力学的优化分析计算及经济预估,提出了用文丘里湿式除尘器取代旋风分离器的一种新型流程。该流程的余热锅炉在前,烟气轮机在后。
With the aid of the flexible tolerance method, the optimal analysis and calculation of thermodynamics as well as the recovery installation of catalytic cracking in an oil refinery are made in this paper. A new type of process is presented, in which an exhaust-heated boiler is placed at the front part, whereas a flue gas turbine is placed in the rear, and a venturi wet cleaner is used instead of a cyclone.
