摘要
2,3,5,6-四氯对苯二甲腈与无水氟化钾在DMF中于110℃反应4h,产物2,3,5,6-四氟对苯二甲腈的收率为71.2%,含量98.3%。用简单方法对KF和DMF进行了无水处理,讨论了反应温度、时间等条件对反应收率和产物纯度的影响,并用红外、气质联用和元素分析对产物进行了表征。
Reacting 2,3,5,6-tetrachlorophthalonitrile with anhydrous KF in DMF at 110℃ for 4 h produced 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalonitrile with a yield of 71.2% and purity of 98.3%. A simple method was used to obtain anhy-drous KF and DMF. The effect on yield and product quality of reaction temperature and time and of other conditionsis discussed. The identity of the product was confirmed by IR, GC-MS, and elemental analysis.
