摘要
以庚酰氯、叠氮化钠为原料合成了抗癌药物卡莫氟的中间体:异氰酸己酯。通过正交实验得出了较佳的工艺条件:滴加叠氮化钠时间4 0min ,回流时间3h ,n(庚酰氯)∶n(叠氮化钠) =1∶1 . 2 5 ,目的产物的收率为85 . 7%。
Hexyl isocyanate,an intermediate of the atitumor medicine Carmofur,was prepared from haptyryl chloride and sodium azide.The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum conditions was as follows:dropwising sodium azide time 40 min,Recirculation time 3 h,n(haptyryl chloride)∶n(sodium azide)=1∶1.25,and the overall yield reach 85.7%.
