摘要
根据数字参考咨询服务流程,提出应从技术、信息源、馆员行为规范3个方面进行数字参考咨询服务质量控制,并探讨了对这3方面控制的措施和方法。
According to the process of digital reference service, this paper points out that the quality control of the digital reference service should be made from three aspects of the techniques, the information sources and the behavior regulations of the librarians, and probes into the measures and methods for practicing the control of the three aspects.
