摘要
目的观察兔慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的尿流动力学变化。方法选用健康雄性大白兔,依文献方法,通过后尿道反复灌注大肠埃希菌制备CBP动物模型:模型成功后进行尿流动力学测定。结果与正常组相比,模型组主要表现为最大逼尿肌压、最大尿道压明显升高,而膀胱容量及顺应性无明显改变。结论兔慢性细菌性前列腺炎尿流动力学指标具有一定程度的异常改变,并可能与其发病机制密切相关。
Objective To observe the urodynamic changes in chronic bacterial prostatitis rabbits. Methods The healthy male rabbits were selected and the animal model of chronic bacterial prostatitis was formed by pouring E coli into posturethera according to documents. The urodynamics was detected after the model was constructed. Results Compared with normal group, maximum detrusor pressure, maximum urethral pressure increased considerably, bladder compliance and capacity didn’t change significantly in model group. Conclusion The changes of urodynamics in CBP rabbits is abnormal to a certain extent, it is probably related to the mechanisms involved in the development of CBP.
