摘要
通过对梳棉机喂入棉层握持与检测技术现状的分析,指出了现有技术中对喂入棉层握持与检测存在的不足。创新设计的细分段给棉技术和结构方案应用气动加压以及液流传导原理,可以更合理地握持给棉棉层、更精确地检测给棉棉层动态线密度,从而改善分梳效果,提高匀整精度。
Existing lack in gripping of feeding cotton layer and detection is pointed out through analyzing gripping of feeding cotton layer of carding machine and present situation of detection technology. Pneumatic pressure and fluid conduction principle applied in fine burst feed technology and structure program of creativity design can grip feeding cotton layer more reasonably and detect dynamic linear density of feeding cotton layer more precisely to improve carding effect and enhance level precision.
