摘要
以溶胶凝胶58S生物玻璃为原料在1200℃煅烧制备了玻璃陶瓷块体。与700℃煅烧的玻璃(58S700)相比,1200℃煅烧后的玻璃陶瓷(58S1200)显示出较高的抗弯强度和致密度,X射线衍射分析其结晶相主要为硅灰石和二氧化硅。体外模拟体液浸泡实验表明:58S700玻璃和58S1200玻璃陶瓷都能诱导羟基磷灰石的沉积。体外成骨细胞培养结果显示:58S700玻璃有利于细胞早期贴附,而58S1200玻璃陶瓷较低的离子释放速度对细胞后期增殖有利。研究结果表明:58S1200玻璃陶瓷不仅能诱导羟基磷灰石沉积,而且具有良好的细胞相容性和较高的力学强度,有可能成为一种骨替代和修复材料。
58S-1200 bioactive glass-ceramics were prepared by sintering the sol-gel derived 58S bioactive glass at 1200°C, and 58S-1200 glass-ceramic showed a higher bending strength and density as compared to 58S glass. The X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the crystal phases in 58S-1200 are SiO2 and wollastonite. The in vitro simulated body fluid (SBF) soaking indicates that both 58S-700 glass and 58S-1200 glass-ceramic can induce the deposition of hydroxy apatite in SBF. The result of osteoblast culture shows that the cell attachment on 58S-700 is better than that on 58S-1200 within 1 d of culture, and cells on 58S-1200 show higher proliferation rate after culture for 3 d. The results suggest that 58S-1200 with high mechanical strength and good in vitro bioactivity may have a potential application as biomaterial for the replacement and reparation of bone tissue.
