摘要
目的 探讨尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)在不同的贮存温度、时间及pH值下的稳定性。方法 测定不同贮存温度、时间及pH值条件下尿α1 微球蛋白(α1-MG)、CysC、β2 微球蛋白(β2 MG)结果的变化,比较各指标的稳定性。结果 尿α1 MG最稳定。尿CysC在尿液pH<5. 0时,易发生降解,结果不稳定。当pH≥5. 0时,尿CysC的降解很少,结果稳定。尿β2 MG非常不稳定,易发生降解,而且β2 MG的降解率明显高于CysC。结论 尿CysC稳定性较好,可以作为评价肾小管功能的常规指标应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the stability of urine cystatin C(Cys C) at different reserved time, pH and temperature. Methods To detect the levels of urine Cys C, α_1-Microglobulin(α_1-MG) and β_2-Microglobulin(β_2-MG) under the controlled conditions. Results α_1-MG was the most stable among the three urine proteins. Cys C was easy to degrade below pH<5.0. But Cys C was stable and only slightly degraded at pH≥5.0. β_2-MG was quite unstable and easily degraded than Cys C. Conclusions Urine Cys C could be regarded as a stable index of renal tubular function.
