摘要
目的:研究感觉统合训练对注意缺陷与多动障碍儿童康复训练的效果。方法:选择2000-01/2005-01淄博市第五人民医院儿童心理门诊就诊并诊断为注意缺陷与多动障碍,需要进行康复治疗的患儿54例。随机分为实验组和对照组,每组27例。两组均接受药物哌甲酯的治疗,实验组同时引入感觉统合训练,疗程10周。于治疗前、治疗后10周末采用儿童感觉统合评定量表,评定患儿大肌肉平衡能力、触角防御能力、本体感、学习能力方面感觉统合情况。结果:所有患儿均完成治疗及量表评定,进入结果分析。感觉统合量表评定:治疗前实验组和对照组在大肌肉平衡能力、触角防御能力、本体感不佳、学习能力不足方面量表评分均值接近;治疗后实验组大肌肉平衡量表评分均值明显高于对照组(41.92±9.23,36.74±9.60,t=2.02,P<0.05);触角防御能力评分均值提高(44.32±9.98,38.72±10.32,t=2.03,P<0.05);本体感不佳评分均值改善(45.54±9.22,39.99±9.23,t=2.21,P<0.05);学习能力不足评分均值改善(41.89±11.39,35.62±11.36,t=2.02,P<0.05)。结论:在用药的基础上感觉统合训练可提高注意缺陷与多动障碍患儿的康复疗效,优于单独用药治疗。
AIM:To investigate the effect of sensory integration training on the rehabilit ative training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. METHODS:Fifty four children,who were diagnosed to have attention deficit hype ractivity disorders and should received rehabilitative treatment in the Clinic o f Pediatric Psychology of Zibo Fifth People's Hospital between January 2000 and January 2005,were randomly divided into study group(n=27) and control group(n=27 ).Patients in both groups received drug therapy of methylphenidate,besides senso ry integration training was given to those in the study group,and the course was 10 weeks.The conditions of sensory integration in gross equilibrium ability,def ensive ability of tentacle,proprioception and learning ability of the children w ere evaluated with the sensory integration schedule for children before treatmen t and 10 weeks after treatment respectively. RESULTS:All the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorders finish ed the treatment and the evaluation,and they were all involved in the analysis o f results.The results of the sensory integration schedule showed that the scores of gross equilibrium ability,defensive ability of tentacle,bad proprioception a nd lack of learning ability before treatment were close between the study group and control group;After treatment,the score of gross equilibrium ability in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group(41.92±9.23,36.7 4±9.60,t=2.02,P< 0.05);the score of defensive ability of tentacle was increased (44.32±9.98,38.72±10.32,t=2.03,P< 0.05),the score of bad proprioception was im proved(45.54±9.22,39.99±9.23,t=2.21,P< 0.05),and the score of the lack of lear ning ability was also improved(41.89±11.39,35.62±11.36,t=2.02,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:On the basis of drug therapy,sensory integration training can impro ve the rehabilitative effect on children with attention deficit hyperactivity di sorder,and it is superior to that of drug therapy only.
