吸氧对人体力竭运动中一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响以及高原应用液态氧的评价

摘要 目的:观察液态氧在高原应用的价值及对人体力竭运动中一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3700m高原3个月的10名健康青年在吸氧(4L/min)和常氧条件下,采用功率自行车进行递增负荷运动,并在安静时和运动后测定血中一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的含量和活性。结果:与安静时[一氧化氮(62.67±7.82)μmol/mL,一氧化氮合酶(50.39±4.53)U/mL]比较,常氧运动[一氧化氮(74.54±10.01)μmol/mL,一氧化氮合酶(61.29±5.78)U/mL]和吸氧运动[一氧化氮(101.72±11.88)μmol/mL,一氧化氮合酶(81.93±7.22)U/mL]一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶均增高显著(t=2.955~8.682,P均<0.01)。吸氧运动较常氧运动一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶增高显著(t=4.649~7.057,P均<0.01)。结论:液氧罐重量轻、储氧量大、安全性能好,适合高原野外机动供氧。高原吸氧运动能增加人体一氧化氮合酶的活性及一氧化氮的生成。 AIM: To observe the value of the application of liquid oxygen in highland and its influence on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) of human dur ing exhaustive exercise. METHODS: Cycle ergometer progressive load exercise was applied to 10 healthy y ouths, who had been living in 3700 m highland for 3 months, under the conditions of oxygen inhalation (4 L per minute) and normal oxygen, and the NO content and NOS activity were determined at rest and after exercise respectively. RESULTS: Compared with those at rest [(62.67±7.82) μmol/mL,(50.39±4.53) U/m L], NO content and NOS activity were increased significantly after exercise unde r normal oxygen [(74.54±10.01) μmol/mL, (61.29±5.78) U/mL] and under oxygen i nhalation [(101.72 ±11.88) μmol/mL,(81.93±7.22) U/mL] (t=2.955 to 8.682,P< 0. 01).NO content and NOS activity after exercise under oxygen inhalation was incre ased significantly as compared with those after exercise under normal oxygen (t= 4.649 to 7.057, P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The liquid oxygen is light in mass, large in oxygen reservation and good in reliability, so it is suitable for the mobile oxygen supply in highland field. Inhaling liquid oxygen can increase the NOS activity and formation of NO during exercise.
