喉声门型癌脆性组氨酸三联体基因蛋白表达与吸烟的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察脆性组氨酸三联体基因(fragilehis tidinetriad,FHIT)蛋白在喉声门型癌组织细胞中定位及分布情况,比较其在吸烟组和非吸烟组癌组织中的表达差异以及吸烟量和FHIT表达的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学SP法检测66例喉声门型癌手术切除组织中FHIT蛋白的表达。结果FHIT蛋白在喉声门型癌组织中表达阳性率为33.3%(22/66),吸烟组FHIT蛋白表达阳性率为24.5%(12/49),比非吸烟组58.8%(10/17)低,差别有统计学意义(x2=6.70,P=0.01)。结论FHIT蛋白在喉声门型癌组织中的表达减弱或缺失是常发事件。喉声门型癌吸烟组FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失较非吸烟组高,吸烟组FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失与患者吸烟的年支数(每天吸烟量与吸烟年数的乘积)无明显相关关系(rs=-0.0499,P=0.7334)。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the subcel-lular localization and distribution pattern of FHIT (fragilehistidine triad) protein in tissues of glottic squamouscell carcinoma. To study the correlation between FHITexpression and smoking. METHODS The expressionof FHIT proteins was detected by means of SP immu-nohistochemistry method in tumers specimens from66 patients with glattic squamous cell careinoma.RESULTS FHIT was positively expressed in 33.3 %(22 / 66)patients with glottic squamous cellcarcinomas. FHIT expression was significantly lowerin smoker patients than that in nonsmoker patients(x2 = 6.70,P = 0.01). CONCLUTION Loss of FHITexpression i s frequent in glottic squamous cellcarcinomas. FHIT expression was lower in smokerpatients than that in non-smokers patients. Therewas no correlation between loss of FHIT expres-sion and consuming of smoking(rs = -0.0499,P =0.7334).
