摘要 基于实验室及现场实验结果,本文介绍一种钻井现场用测量和计算洗井液流变参敏的新型装置.该仪器可直接安装在井场泥槽或泥浆池內.整机由计算机遥控,由打印纸带输出计算结果.仪器测量与计算结果与美国范氏35SA型粘度计进行了对比,结果令人满意. Based on the results of the tests in laboratory and oil fields, this paper introduces a new instrument for measuring and calculating the rheologic parameters of drilling fluids. This instrument can be directly mounted on the mud flume or launder at the well site. It is remotely controlled by a computer with its printer giving out the calculated results in printed form. Comparisons were made between our results and those obtained by Fann 355A Viscosimeter method, which show that our instrument is satisfactory.
