摘要
对翅碱蓬籽的营养成分进行了分析研究。结果表明,翅碱蓬籽中含有较高的脂肪和蛋白质,氨基酸的含量完整而丰富,且组成合理,符合FAO提出的参考模式。此外,翅碱蓬籽中还含有丰富的矿物元素。
The nutritional components of Suaeda salsa seeds were studied. The results show that the contents of fat and protein are very rich. The content of amino acid is complete and abundant. The compositions of amino acid are reasonable because they accord with the protein reference pattern provided by FAO. In addition, the contents of mineral elements are also very high.
