摘要
大中型水泵站属于综合性水利工程,具有投资大,配套工程多,服务区域广、层次多等特点,旧的管理体制一直难以变革,严重阻碍了水泵站生产技术的进步和生产效率的发挥,针对水泵站管理中存在的问题和大中型水泵站的特点,提出了水泵站引入现代企业制度的实施方案和措施。
Large and medium-sized water pumping stations belong to comprehensive water resources projects. They are characterized by large investment, various auxiliary projects, broad service area and many administrative levels, etc. Old management system seriously hinders the progress of production technology as well as the full play of production efficiency of pumping stations. With regard to the existing problems in management of pumping stations and the characteristics of large and medium-sized water pumping stations, schemes and countermeasures to introduce modern enterprise system are put forward.
