摘要
随着交通运输业日趋成为现代人们社会和经济活动的重要内容,交通问题由此突出,这不仅包括陆上交通、水路也是重要部分。目前在水陆交通较发达的城市,生活垃圾常通过水路清运,由于人机因素不相匹配,存在诸如沉船、淹溺、垃圾沼气引起船舱起火爆炸等安全问题。本文在对该过程人机因素定性与定量分析的基础上,提出解决上述安全问题应当从提高人、机、环系统整体可靠性等途径着手,为此,进行了改进设计。
With the development of transportation turning gradually into the important social and economic activities at present,the traffic safety problems become therefore noticeable,which is not only in land-carriage but also in waterage.The demestic refuse is usually carried away through waterway for the moment in the cities with relatively developed waterage.But safety problems exist,such as sinking,drowning,and fire and explosion resulting from waste firedamp,etc,because of unmatching man-machine factors.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis in this paper it was put forward that one should set about to improve the design and increase the reliability of the whole man-machine-environment system during waterage in order to solve the safety problems.
