摘要
采用化学复合法对克拉玛依沥青进行SBS改性,并对其热稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,化学复合法改性的沥青由于SBS与沥青之间有交联反应,它们的相容性好,使SBS能均匀稳定地分散在沥青中,且SBS的粒度小,因此具有良好的物理稳定性。模拟储存试验中沥青的软化点、针入度和延度数据表明,改性沥青在高温下具有良好的化学稳定性,其高低温性能也得以改善。按美国SHRP评价,克拉玛依SBS改性沥青达到了PG76-34等级。
SBS modifier (styrene-butadiene copolymer) was used to improve the thermal stability of Kelamayi asphalt by a chemical complex method.Cross-linking reactions were occurred between the SBS modifier and the base asphalt, resulting in good compatibility between them. It also made contribution to stable presence and homogeneous distribution of SBS particles. In addition, Test results showed that said modified asphalt possessed good physical stability due to fine particle size of the SBS modifier.The changes of softening point, penetration and ductility data during the simulated storage test exhibited the excellent thermal stability of said modified asphalt, and the high-low temperature performance was improved as well.The properties of said modified asphalt met the PG76-34 grade asphalt requirements evaluated by the Performance Graded (PG) method according to the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP) of the United States.
