缩合脱氢有机硅密封剂耐密闭状态热降解研究 被引量:5

摘要 以含氢硅油和正硅酸乙酯为硫化剂、有机锡为催化剂,对比了缩合脱氢和脱醇型有机硅密封剂耐密闭状态热降解性能,提出了缩合脱氢型有机硅密封剂的硫化和耐密闭状态热降解的机理。实验结果表明,缩合脱氢型有机硅密封剂在250℃和300℃的高温环境下,具有良好的耐降解性能;在高温老化的初期,密封剂由于体系中的小分子氢和水等的存在,硬度下降,当老化时间超过100h后,密封剂的硬度保持不变;同时缩合脱氢型有机硅密封剂具有良好的耐热空气老化性能。 This article compared dehydro and deethanol-condensed silicone sealants on their degradation resistance in hermetic and heating condition when using tetraethyl silicate and hydrogen as silicone oil as the curing agent and organic tin as the catalytic. And the vulcanization and the degradation resistance (in hermetic and heating condition) mechanisms were presented for dehydro-condensed silicone sealant. The test results showed,the dehydro-condensed silicone sealant has good degradation resistance at 250 ℃ and 300 ℃; at the beginning of high temperature ageing the sealant hardness drops because of the existence of small molecules and water in the system, but after 100 hours of ageing the sealant hardness remains stable; meanwhile the dehydro-condensed silicone sealant has good hot air ageing resistance.
