摘要
在课外体育活动中进行健身运动处方锻炼实验,探讨不同类型健身运动处方对大学生身体成分的影响,结果表明:大学生进行不同类型健身运动处方锻炼对身体成分的影响不同,适宜的健身运动处方锻炼能减少体脂含量,增加瘦体重,改变体脂分布,促进身体健康发展。提示:大学生可以根据自身的体形与体质特点选择有针对性的健身运动处方进行锻炼。
Experiments on various body-building exercises have been made in extracurricular sports to explore their effect on the main parts of body of college students.The paper shows various body-buliding exercises have different effects on main parts of body and proper body-building exercises can reduce fat and strengthen the muscles in body to improve one's main parts of body and one's health.Thus,college students may choose some body-building exercises in accordance with their body constitution and physiques.
