摘要
目的了解肝脏移植术后病人对健康教育的掌握程度及需求状况,通过寻求适当方法和途径,提高健康教育知识,从而提高肝脏移植病人术后康复水平。方法对31例肝脏移植术后病人进行自设问卷调查,按照Likert评分法评分,收集资料进行分析。结果①对肝脏移植术后健康教育内容掌握程度得分最高(2.42±0.56)分,最低(1.23±0.88)分;②病人健康教育需求程度最高(2.45±0.68)分,最低(1.81±0.75)分;③对健康教育方式和人员需求显现多样化。结论采用多种方式相结合的健康指导形式,进一步提高和加强病人对肝脏移植术后健康教育的掌握程度,以满足病人对健康教育的需求,提高肝脏移植病人术后康复水平。
Objectives To investigate the patients’ level and needs of relative knowledge after liver transplantation,and to explore the effective methods and means of health education to improve the patients level of relative knowledge and to improve the patients’ level of recovery after liver transplantation.Method 31 discharged patients after liver transplantation were interviewed with the self-designed questionnaire.Results ①The highest and the lowest scores of the patients’ level of knowledge about liver transplantation was (2.42±0.56) and (1.23±0.88) respectively;②The highest and the lowest scores of the patients’ needs was (2.45±0.68) and (1.81±0.75) respectively;③The patients’ needs to the means and personnel of health education was diversified.Conclusion In order to satisfy the patients’ needs to health education and improve the patients’ level of recovery after liver transplantation,it is necessary to provide health education with diversified means to strengthen the patients’ knowledge about liver transplantation.
