摘要  研究了加热温度对铝合金(6061)化学镀Ni W P耐磨性的影响。400℃加热1h,Ni W P镀层硬度达到峰值,大约940HV100。但磨损实验发现:试样分别经200℃和400℃加热1h后,试样都产生了镀层碎裂和剥落现象。试样经600℃加热,镀层表现出良好的耐磨性,这与600℃加热1h后,镀层和基体间生成60 70μm厚的Ni Al合金层有关。 The effect of the heating on the wear resistance of electroless Ni-W-P coatings on aluminium alloy was studied. Maximum hardness value of Ni-W-P deposits heated at 400℃ for 1h was determined to be about Hv(100)940. But it was found that the Ni-W-P deposits heated at 200℃ and 400℃ generated spalls and the Ni-W-P deposits heated at 600℃ for 1h possessed outstanding wear resistance due to 60~70μm Ni-Al alloy layer obtained at 600℃ for 1h.
