摘要
对用一台CCD摄像机所摄得的微小气泡水图像要识别摄影进深方向的气泡,必须利用图像的像素灰度这一特征。因此获取气泡粒径的常规图像方法不能使用。又气泡对光的反射和折射下有的气泡像的中心部分呈现反转,这也给处理带来了难度。为此建立了保持像素灰度的灰度线段中心辨别法来快捷地识别微小气泡。另外,利用摄影所获得的微小气泡图像,统计出气泡的形心到它的边界的最短距离与最长距离之比来自动分离微小气泡水中的气泡和杂质以及散焦的物像。通过以上方法能快捷地对微小气泡的粒径进行测量。
In the micro-bubble images taken by only one CCD camera, the pixel gray-scale must be used to distinguish bubbles in depth of field. Then, usual image processing getting bubbles diameter can't be used. And the center of some bubble images arises reverse due to light reflect and refraction. The process is becoming difficult. In this paper, a judging method of gray-scale length center has been established to quickly distinguish micro-bubbles while keeping the gray-scale of pixels. Otherwise, according to bubble images, the ratio of minimum to maximum distances from the bubble centroids to its edge can be got, with which it is possible to automatically separate the bubbles,impurity and defocus images from micro-bubble water. By this means, the bubble diameter can be quickly measured.
