摘要
实验以宁夏枸杞的主栽品种宁杞1号为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定了同心、中宁、惠农、园林场4个产地的宁夏枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的含量并进行了比较.通过对宁夏枸杞果实中β-胡萝卜素含量与产地土壤理化因子分析,研究不同产地土壤理化因子对枸杞有效成分β-胡萝卜素含量的影响.结果表明:宁夏4个主要产地的宁夏枸杞中β-胡萝卜素含量差异显著,其中,中宁的β-胡萝卜素含量最高,园林场的β-胡萝卜素含量最低;4个产地宁夏枸杞中β-胡萝卜素含量与肥力因子中的速效氮有显著负相关,与有机质无显著相关性.宁夏枸杞中β-胡萝卜素含量与土壤盐分含量呈负相关,与土壤中的Na+含量和Cl-含量呈极显著负相关.
Using Lycium barbarum fruit as test material, this paper studied β-carotenoid content of Lycium barbarum in different regions of Ningxia through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the β- carotenoid content of Lycium barbarum planted in Ningxia regions is varieties, and the effect of the soil physics and chemistry factors of wolfberry orchard on the β- carotenoid content of wolfberry fruit also was analyzed. The varieties of β- carotenoid content in different regions were significant, and the β-carotenoid content in original producing region, Zhongning county, was higher than that in Yuanlinchang. There were negative correlations between β- carotenoid and soil efficient nitrogen content, soil salt content and the content of Na+ and Cl- in wolfberry orchard soil.
