摘要
将超声提取技术用于检测茶叶中的农药残留,建立了火焰光度检测器气相色谱法定量测定茶叶中有机磷农药残留的分析方法。实验表明:3个不同水平的标准添加,其回收率范围甲胺磷为75 2%~95 3%、乐果为86 7%~110 2%;相对标准偏差为4 8%和3 5%;检出限为0 01mg/kg和0 02mg/kg。该方法具有速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点。
Ultrasonic extraction was used in the determination of pesticides residues in tea and a method for determination of organophosphorous pesticides residues in tea sample has been developed with gas chromatography with flame photometric detector(GC-FPD).The recovery range of methamidophos and dimethoate at 3 levels were 75.2% ~95.3% and 86.7% ~110.2%.The RSDs were 4.8% and 3.5%.The detection limits were 0.01mg/kg and 0.02mg/kg.This method was rapid,sensitive and repeatable.
