摘要 介绍1740MPa级压力管道用冷拉钢丝的试制情况。选用77B钢12.0mm线材作原料,要求原料的抗拉强度≥1140MPa,伸长率≥9%,断面收缩率≥32%。通过控制拉拔道次、拉拔速度和钢丝出模温度,成品钢丝抗拉强度达到1793~1905MPa,面缩率达到37%~52%,扭转值达到12~17次,1000h松弛率4.057%。 To introduce the trial-manufacture condition of 1740MPa cold drawn steel wire for pressure pipeline. The 77B steel wire rod with 12.0mm is selected as raw material whose tensile strength is not less than 1140MPa, elongation is not less than 9 percent, reduction of area is not less than 32 percent. By controlling drawing pass, drawing speed and temperature of steel wire from drawing dies, the tensile strength of the finished steel wire is up to 1793~1 905MPa, the reduction of area is up to 37~52 percent, the torsion is up to 12~17 times, the relaxation ratio of 1000hours is 4.057 percent.
