摘要
根据70℃下加速老化试验中粘接性能的变化和界面区域迁移组分含量的变化,研究了NEPE推进剂中硝酸酯、功能助剂的迁移对粘接性能的影响。结果表明,随着衬层粘合剂的极性增大,推进剂中硝酸酯和功能助剂AD1、AD2向衬层的迁移量增加;AD1、AD2的迁移对界面粘接性能有显著影响。
According to the change of the bonding properties and the content of migrating ingredients at the interface during the accelerated ageing test (70°C), the effect of migration of nitrate ester and functional additive in the NEPE propellant on the bond properties was investigated. The results show that the migration amount of nitrate ester and function additive AD1, AD2 in the propellant increase with increase of the polarity of liner binder, and the migration of function additive AD1, AD2 remarkably affects the bonding property of the interface.
