阴离子交换纤维的制备及其对碘离子交换性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以聚丙烯腈纤维进行NH2OH化学改性制得的含有偕胺肟基的螯合纤维为原料,经Hg(NO3)2化学处理,制得阴离子交换纤维;并以碘离子为研究对象,系统地探讨和研究了阴离子交换纤维吸附碘离子的最佳条件参数如离子浓度、时间、pH值等。实验结果表明,该离子交换纤维对碘离子具有交换速度快、交换量大、再生处理便利和重现性好等优点。 Chelate fiber with amidoxime group,which is obtained from chemical modification of PAN fiber, is treated with mercury nitrate to prepare anion-exchange fiber. The optimum conditions of the anion-exchange fiber absorb the iodine ion, such as ion density, time, the pH value were studied. The results showed that the fiber has features of fast and larger iodine ion exchange capacity and easy regeneration.
