摘要
对武汉市科技投融资的障碍从6个方面进行了较深入和系统的分析,并从搭建投融资平台,实施人才战略,优化创新、创业环境,完善中介服务,拓宽融资渠道,健全退出机制等方面提出了相应对策。
Investment and financing obstacles of S & T innovation in Wuhan are analyzed from six aspects. Countermeasures are put forward such as building investment and financing platforms, implementing talents strategies, optimizing innovation and start-up environment, perfecting financing channels, strengthening withdrawal mechanism.
