图书馆馆长对馆员影响分为两个方面:一方面是权力影响,一方面是非权力影响。非权力影响对馆员有极大的吸引力和感召力,是馆长对馆员实施权力影响的重要保证。(1)品格影响:馆长的品格高低决定对馆员影响的大小。 (2)沟通影响:馆长用沟通的手段可以化解馆员对馆长的意见和想法。(3)情感影响:情感能产生巨大的力量,馆长要特别注重用情感影响馆员。
Library director's influence on the librarians includes two sides:one is the power influence,the other is the non-power influence,The non-power influence is very attractive and inspirable,and it is very important for the director to carry out the power influence.This article analyzes the influence on the basis of three aspects:personal character influ- ence,communication influence and sentimental influence.
