摘要
B细胞超抗原是一类主要由细菌和病毒产生的,能够非特异地刺激B细胞大量增殖,并促进其合成免疫球蛋白的抗原。其激活B细胞的机理与普通抗原和B细胞丝裂原显著不同,不同微生物超抗原的特征与这些微生物的致病机制有密切关系。本文就目前研究比较多的几种B细胞超抗原的基本特征、免疫学特性及其对B淋巴细胞的作用机制与分子基础进行了综述,讨论了B-sAg在免疫谱库选择中的作用及其与一些疾病的关系。
B lymphocyte superantigen(B-SAg) is mainly produced by pathogenic bacteria and virus. B-SAg can stimulate the proliferation of B lymphocyte in a non-specific manner, thus promotes the synthesis of immunoglobulin. The activation mechanism of B lymphyocytes by B-SAg is significantly different from that of usual antigen and B lymphocyte mitogen. The characteristics of B-SAg from different disease-causing bacteria are closely linked to their own pathogenicity. This paper reviewed the primary characteristics, immunological properties, and the molecular mechanism of some kinds of B-Sag, which have attracted much attention in recent years. Roles of B-SAg in the selection of immunoglobulin repertoire and the relationship between B-SAg and some diseases are also discussed.
