摘要
采用浸轧和单面拒水整理工艺对层压织物进行拒水整理,分析拒水效果、涂敷量、粘合剂种类对粘合效果和拒水整理的影响,以及与透湿性能的关系。结果表明,织物采用常规粘合剂复合,随着织物拒水性能的增加,粘结效果变差;增加涂敷量,可改善粘合效果,但作用有限,需采用特殊性能的粘合剂,且不影响织物的透湿性。
Water repellent finish was carried out by padding and single-side impregnating coating. Effects of water repellency, coating amount, different adhesive on adhesion effect, as well as water repellency finishing on moisture permeability were discussed. Results show that using conventional adhesive, the adhesion effect will get worse along with the increase of water repellency. Adhesion effect improves slightly if increasing the coating amount. Special adhesive can overcome the above disadvantages while little effect on moisture permeability.
