摘要
为观察耐力运动对幼年肥胖大鼠血清瘦素的影响,将30只6周龄雄性SD肥胖大鼠随机分成肥胖对照组、45min游泳组及90min游泳组,另10只正常体重同龄SD大鼠为正常对照组。除正常对照组饲普通饲料外,其余各组均饲高脂饲料。两个运动组大鼠分别以每天1次,每次45min和90min游泳,每周6天,持续12周。实验结束后测定血TG、TC、HDL、LDL及血清瘦素。结果显示:12周耐力运动使肥胖大鼠血清TG、LDL显著降低,血清HDL显著升高;两个运动组大鼠体重增加总量明显低于两个对照组(P<0.05);肥胖对照组表现为高瘦素血症,两个运动组肥胖大鼠血清瘦素水平显著下降(P<0.01)。结果说明:耐力运动使肥胖大鼠血清TG、LDL显著降低,血清HDL显著升高;耐力运动可降低血清瘦素水平,有效地改善幼年肥胖大鼠的高瘦素血症。
<Abstrcat>To observe the effects of the endurance exercise of serum leptin levels in infant fat rats,the (author) divided 30 6-week-old SD male obesity rats randomly into 3 groups;obesity control group,45 minutes swimming group and 90 minutes swimming group,and took other 10 SD rats with the same weight and age as the normal control group. The rats in the normal group were fed with ordinary food while the other rats were fed with high-fat food;the rats in the 2 groups swam 45 minutes and 90 minutes a day respectively and the training lasted 12 weeks of 6 days a week. The serum leptin and lipoprotein of the rats were measured at the end of training. The results showed that the rats' serum TC,LDL in obesity control group,45 minutes swimming group and 90 minutes swimming group were remarkably higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01). However,the blood TG of both swimming group rats were markedly lower than that of obesity control group(P<0.01) and their blood HDL was notably higher than that of the two control groups(P<0.01). The total weight lift in 12 weeks of rats in both swimming group was lower than that in both control groups(P<0.05). After 12 weeks swimming training the serum leptin level o two swimming groups dripped outstandingly(P<0.01). There was the conclusion that 12-week endurance exercise lowered the rats' serum TG,LDL markedly and raised serum HDL which had profitable effect on rats' liquid metabolism,but didn't change high serum TC complete;The endurance exercise lowered the rats' serum (leptin) level notable and perfected the rats' hyperleptinaemia.
