摘要
以上海市某区架空线的电缆化改造工程为背景,以确定各条道路架空线电缆化改造的合理顺序为目的,提出了基于模糊综合评判的城市电网架空线电缆化改造方法。城市电网电缆化改造涉及众多的因素,而且因素之间的关系比较复杂。该方法全面考虑了电缆化改造中的各种因素,对这些因素进行优化量化,能够很好地表达评判指标的不确定性,最终得到符合工程实际的评判结果,即各条道路电缆化改造的合理顺序,为城市电网电缆化改造的决策提供了可靠的依据。上海市某区架空线电缆化改造的工程实践证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
This paper presents a method for cabling reconstructing urban electric networks based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment. Cabling reconstructing urban electric network involves many factors whose relationships are very complicated. The proposed method takes into account all the factors and is able to truthfully express the uncertainty of judgment-criterion by quantifying and optimizing these factors and eventually obtains the judgment results, which satisfy the engineering reality. The final judgment result gives a reasonable sequence of reconstruction of overhead transmission lines and provides a strong evidence for the decision-making about cabling reconstructing urban electric network. The proposed method has been tested in an area of Shanghai. The testing results confirm the feasibility of applications of Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment in cabling reconstructing urban electric networks.
