总设计能力为70 kt/a的两套铅锌冶炼烟气制酸装置,采用一转一吸工艺。因两台串联布置的传统管壳式换热器使用时间较长,运行状况较差,于是在二系统改用一台新型空心环管壳式换热器。该换热器具有传热效率高、设备阻力低的特点,从而降低了设备投资及运行费用。投用后,增加了产量,降低了电耗,提高了企业经济效益。
Two lead and zinc smelter off-gas sulphuric acid plants with a total capacity of 70 kt/a were designed in single absorption process. The No. 2 plant was retrofitted to use a new type shell-and-tube heat exchanger with ring supporters instead of existing two conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers in series arrangement, which had been in a poor condition due to long-term operation. The new heat exchanger featured high heat transfer efficiency and low resistance, resulting in decreased capital and operating costs. After replacement, benefits were gained because of increased output and lower power requirement.
