摘要 通过研究海岛型(37岛)超细短纤维(单纤0.05dtex)的纺丝技术(包括喷丝头的设计和碱溶性聚酯的研究),双向、高频、高密度针刺新工艺,高压射流缠结、开纤新技术,复式树脂含浸合成革特种技术,深加工产品的开发和应用,完成了超细纤维高仿真合成革整个产业链的研究开发。 This paper describes the research and development of high imitation (nature) synthetic leather made of microfiber, it contains followings: a. the preparation of sea-island type (37 islands) staple fiber (individual 0.05 dtex), the design of spinneret and the study of alkali-soluble polyester, b. the distinctive needlepunch technology two directions, high frequency, high density, c. the new spliting composite fiber technique by means of high-pressure hydro-entanglement and its bonding effect, d. unique synthetic leather making method by resin re-impregnating process, e. development and application of deepen-processing product. It has completed the full productive chain research of this problem.
