摘要
针对大庆油田聚合物驱采油污水的特点,在前期用模拟水样试验研究的基础上,用常规水处理药剂和特制的两种多功能复合药剂HSA和HPB对原水水样进行试验研究.对原水浊度的去除率在95%,CODCr的去除率也得到了很大的提高,残余CODCr在100mg/L左右,完全能达到石化污水的排放要求.同时用HSA和HPB处理后的采出水配制HPAM溶液,粘损小于5%,并且与地层水有较好的配伍性.HSA和HPB处理后聚驱采出水替代工业清水配制聚驱液而回用有一定的可行性.
s: In accordance with the characteristic quality of Daqing oilfield EOR(Enhanced Oil Recovery by HPAM) wastewater,an experimental sample was synthesized.Based on the fro-experiment,according to coagulation tests of crude water sample,two compound medicines of HAS and HPB were made out.In the treatment of crude water,the removal ratio ofurbid is 95%,the removal ratio of CODCr increases largely,and residual CODCr is about 100mg/L,indicating that the results reached the emission standard.Meanwhile,the viscosity loss of HPAM solution made up by treated water is no more than 5%,showing better compatibility with ground water.EOR wastewater treated with HAS and HPB can displace industry clear water used to make up enhanced water.
