摘要
通过人工液体浅层培养的方法成功培养出猪苓菌丝体.用热水浸提法分别提取猪苓菌核和猪苓菌丝体中的多糖,并用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定其糖含量,进一步纯化处理后,用傅里叶红外吸收光谱仪进行比较分析表明,两者红外光谱图相似.通过对小鼠免疫器官重量的免疫学检测,表明从猪苓菌丝体中提取的多糖和从猪苓菌核中提取的多糖均有提高机体免疫器官重量的作用,统计学分析表明差异不显著.
The mycelia of Polyporus umbellatus (Pers.) Fr. were cultured by superficial solution culture. The polysaccharose of sclerotium and mycelia of Polyporus umbellatus (Pers.) Fr. were extracted by hot water and their contents were measured by 3,5-dinitro-salicylate method. The infrared spectrograms of the two kinds of polysaccharose had similar infrared spectrograms analyzed by infrared absorption spectrograph after further purification. Both of them could advance the weight of immunological organs in mice and had no significant difference (measured) by the immunological measure.
