摘要
着重讨论了鲜桃的生理活动及其保鲜机理,设计出了能够降低破损率、延长保质期的鲜桃保鲜包装:内包装采用聚乙烯薄膜和纸浆模塑托盘,外包装采用瓦楞纸箱。同时分析了鲜桃的保鲜与流通环境的关系。
This paper emphasizes physiology and fresh-keeping mechanism of fresh peach, fresh-keeping package.Inner package adopts polyethylene film and pulp modeled salver, outer package adopts corrugated box. This paper also analyzed the relation of fresh keeping of fresh peach and circulation environment.
