钢基体表面处理是提高涂层结合强度的关键环节,文章对当今氟树脂涂层钢基体表面处理的现状进行了总结,指出了传统表面处理技术的长处与不足,并对该行业的发展提出了展望,认为高效无污染、环保型的表面处理工艺是其发展的趋势。
The surface treatment of base metals is the critical procedure for improving the binding strength of coatings. The status -quo of surface treatment of base metals for fluorated resin is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional surface treating techniques are discussed. The development of the technology is predicted, which concludes that the non-contamination and environmentally friendly process is the development trend.
