摘要
基于三杆五自由度并联机床进行了对自由曲面模具磁力研磨的试验研究.实验分析了利用球型磨头对工件磁力研磨时,磁场强度、研磨间隙、磨粒粒度等因素对自由曲面模具表面研磨质量的影响.利用五自由度并联机床不仅可以去除自由曲面模具表面的切削残留痕迹,降低模具的表面粗糙度,还解决了传统手工研磨方式所引起的工件研磨质量不一致的缺陷.拓宽了三杆五自由度并联机床的应用范围.
Based on a 3-legged 5-DOF (Degree of Freedom) in-parallel virtual axis machine tool, magnetic abrasive finishing experiments for free form surface of mould were carried out. The influential factors, such as magnetic flux density, clearance, and granularity on magnetic abrasive finishing for free form surface mould are studied. Magnetic abrasive finishing not only removed the cutting track from the mould and reduced the surface roughness based on the 5-DOF virtual axis machine tool, but also reduced the disaccord of the finished surface comparing with traditional handwork method. It widens application areas of 5-DOF parallel virtual axis machine tool.
