四氯化锡催化合成乙酸乙酯

摘要 用四氯化锡替代硫酸作催化剂,催化合成了乙酸乙酯。探讨了酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量和预反应时间等对产物收率的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件:酸醇摩尔比为1:1.3,催化剂用量为反应物总质量2.0%,预反应时间25min,此时产物收率可达77.6%。而相同条件下硫酸作催化剂时,产物收率为64.5%。实验表明,四氯化锡是合成乙酸乙酯的良好催化剂。 Ethyl acetate was synthesized using tin tetrachloride as catalyst.The effects of molar ratio of glacial acetic acid to ethanol,amount of catalyst,and pre-reaction time on the yield of ethyl acetate were investigated through or- thogonal experiment.The results showed that the yield of ethyl acetate was up to 77.6% at conditions of following: molar ratio of glacial acetic acid to ethanol 1:1.3,mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants 2.0%,pre-reaction time 25 min,and reaction temperature 90℃.Experimental results showed that tin tetrachloride was an excellent cat- alyst for synthesizing ethyl acetate.
